Excellent receptionist service. Randy great also. Did think the towing was a tad expensive but they do their own towing so it may cost more for them to maintain their own. Was good about calling me and letting me know what was wrong with the car. Did print out a separate receipt for towing services for my insurance company. As far as I know they are the only ones in town that work on a Prius Hybrid. Good to know.

Very knowledgeable experts, very welcoming and professional. My Subaru was having overheating problems and within just a couple of days during the busy Spring they were able to do a diagnostic and get it all fixed up. It's been running great again for a couple months now. Thank you so much!
As always, Car Care Specialist did amazing work! Due to the virus and us only having one car, they came to picked our car up, and once done, drove our car back to us. They fixed all the issues we addressed in a timely manner and did a fantastic job! We would HIGHLY recommend Car Care Specialist!! Out of 5 stars, 10!
My husbands car had a big backlog of maintenance that needed to be done, the entire staff was very understanding that in these time it is hard to spend lots of money on car repairs. They helped me prioritize what needed done now and to schedule future maintenance. On top of that it was less than they quoted me! Thank you so much for getting me back on the road!
