The manager of this gas station at the time was a clueless man. He behaves like it was his first day on the job. He needs to learn to speak up and not mumble when he talks. He tries to insult in subtle ways... but he even fails at that. I was about to go off on him, but I realized who I was dealing with....a special case.Also, smiling is not the only key to having customers be happy walking in...I believe a Thanksgiving day proved that...

The girls at checkout were terribly rude and unprofessional. Got angry with me for my credit card chip not working because I truly had no clue I had to keep trying until it would let me swipe. Their impatience and rude tone had me so flustered I forgot to sign and then they screamed at me to sign when I tried to walk away from the uncomfortable situation. Will never be returning to this gas station again and hope they learn to staff more professional and mature people who can handle a simple card malfunction with patience.
