Put in a mobile order, waiting in store to pick up. None of the employees asking about the order, friendly or reaching out at all. So busy conversing with each other, I know they are busy. However take care of your customers and communicate with them.
Order through the app and pickup in the store. Skip the drive thru wait.
I am hopeless I love ud83dudc98 with stare Bucks ud83cudf1f . No matter what star Bucks I go to I am almost Always pleasantly surprised with how consistent this coffee chain is. On the rare occasion that ithe coffee doesn't taste right they replace the coffee for free. Starbucks You're practically guaranteed satisfaction.
We had a big order...they did great, got all the drink correct, and were very polite. We were traveling through....we will stop again.
They dont know how to manage their online orders with the drive thru orders. Ordered 20min in advance and still had to wait 10min when i got their. Would have been faster in drive thru line.
