I ordered my food on the app before I went in. Right away I saw workers walking around behind the counter without masks on. I kept watching and everyone else had them below their nose. A worker approached me and I asked if I could cancel my order. I told her nobody was wearing their masks right. And I kid you not, she pulled down her mask to tell me that there was no way to cancel my order. She told me i could call corporate or whatever to cancel the order and get a refund but i am not wasting my time for $4. I walked out the door. and went to subway on State instead. Everyone there was wearing masks and the workers were even enforcing it for customers. I just feel bad for everyone that goes through the drive through and doesn't even know these people are not being safe around their food.

This McDonald’s staff is the rudest customer service I have ever received in my life. I think her name is Virginia I asked her name and she refused to give it to me. I asked the lady behind the counter if she could get my drink for me because Virginia had to take orders at the front desk and it was a long line so I knew it would be a while and I was on my lunch break and I told the lady that. Then Virginia proceeds to talk to another customer and says “if your in a hurry then don’t come in here and eat” I thought that was so rude considering I come in everyday .. sometimes two or three times a day. My sister that was also on her lunch break lives next door and comes in daily. I have been in fast food and restaurant business for 8 years && I could never imagine treating someone the way some of them treat people . Every time I go in there and get bad service I well leave a review because I am so tired of getting treated so poorly when I am a loyal customer!

Lobby was completely closed. Very disappointed. This location often closes early or opens late due to staffing. Literally they will put up handwritten notes on windows or drive thru. Not my favorite at allud83dude21
