This afternoon myself, husband and two small children were passing by and decided to stopnfor lunch. We were greeted by Dawn at the register with a smile playing little peek a boo games with my kids. She helped us get situated in a booth. Sanitized the baby's high chair. Brought extra napkins and ketchup. Made sure the kids liked their toys. She asked where we were from, was so friendly and made sure we were comfortable during this very uncomfortable Covid time. As we wrapped up our lunch and getting ready to leave she stopped by and said Bye to my family as we left. I know this seems like normal human being things but it's not. During these times people stay to themselves and are busy taking care of building lines. Dawn really deserves a gold star. She was just so nice to my family and I really appreciated her help to ensure my family was safe and comfortable during our lunch stop passing through Fort Wayne, Indiana. I only hope our Chicago McDonald's help other Mom's on the road. Thanks again Dawn!!

Typically when I go to McDonald's I don't ever have a bad experience but just a normal experience. Today at this location I was impressed. I did not get her name but I believe she was a manager was very friendly and made our trip very pleasant.

I do not eat McDonald's as much as I use to. Or any other fast food in that matter. But I will say by now you should know what McDonald's to go to, and what ones to avoid. I will say from personal experience that this location has friendly staff. Clean establishment. The food is always fresh and hot,the drinks are always cold and or frozen to deliciousness.

The customer service was very polite. Fish sandwiche bun was toasted not steamed ud83dude2e, the bun is what makes the sandwich, good. A little disappointed.
