Love the pizza! Most of the time they are really close to being on time with the online order delivery time. The problem is when they aren't they have been an hour late or more. My suggestion would be to call your customers if the order is gonna be more than 15 minutes late. Instead I called when it was 20 min late to be told they had a large order and it will be another 20 min like that's an acceptable excuse. Great pizza but your customer care needs improvement! UPDATE: Pizza just arrived and was barely warm and missing the 2 liter. Step it up guys. Pizza Hut is right around the corner.

I'm sad that I've only recently discovered a'Roma Pizza, but better late than never! I had the buffalo chicken pizza and it was simply amazing. It has a nice kick, but not overly spicy. I can't wait to try the rest of the menu. I'm looking at you sausage roll.....

This pizza is amazing. There is definitely a reason they have gotten the #1 spot. Erica really was very professional and courteous, even offered the kids some candy. If you want top dollar service with top dollar quality, for a very reasonable price, this is the spot to go. I am still stuffed from the 2 peices of the meatzza I had. Will definitely be frequenting this place more often. Also, they send you a text for every step of the process in fulfilling your order, which I thought was a very cool amenity this place offers.

I’m not a big fan of pizza but I have to say this pizza was fantastic and I actually crave it! That’s a first for me and pizza. I usually go for the Buffalo chicken pizza, it’s delicious!

Second time in a month having my online order time changed by an hour with no notification until I submitted order. I called to ask what the deal is and I’m told “oh we got a big order so we adjusted the times” like it’s just common knowledge. I’d of addressed this on the phone if they sounded like they remotely cared. I can handle once And I understand places get very busy but twice is about enough. Please use a proper online ordering system or discontinue it when your store is too busy to handle them properly. My wife and I have supported this place repeatedly through the pandemic and I do not appreciate the flippant attitude towards this situation.
