I've gone to this location for years and had super fast, accurate service. Unfortunately, I've noticed some new staff here that are the reason I won't be returning often or at all. It's clear serving me is an inconvenience and asking for my order to be corrected resulted in an eye roll; I've never seen such unprofessional behavior at a JJ before.

I've ordered from this store in the past and had some issues, but for the most part nothing too pressing. I usually order for my lunch at work, which is at noon. I generally place the order 10-15 minutes before noon to give them 30 minutes to make and deliver the sandwich and give me time to eat. Today I ordered 1 sandwich which took 1 Hr to make and deliver. So I didnt get to eat today. This is definitely the last time I order from this Jimmy John's. Not pleased.

If I could give this place negative starts I would. This place is a joke. We have been ordering from this location at least 2-4 times a week for the last couple months and EVERY TIME they get the order wrong somehow. I’ve been giving them the benefit of the doubt due to COVID and everything being crazy. They never have any apology when we get the wrong order and half of the time when they bring the new sandwiches back they’re still wrong. I’m not sure if they have no management or what but this places is a MESS. Today will be the last time my company orders from this location. We have been waiting over an hour for our two sandwiches when we are less than a mile away. DO BETTER!
