One thing I had always missed about Michigan was Jets Pizza. I've been going here since they opened and it's always a great treat to bring it into my office. I called today because we had a meeting earlier in the day then they would normally be able to provide food for. The manager said they'd make it before they were open and the food was great, as always. I greatly appreciated their flexibility, customer service, and professionalism. There are 16 very happy people in my office right now.nThank you!!!

This is one of my favorite pizza's in town, but unfortunately the quality of service has taken a real nosedive over the past few months. I used to order from this place once a week, but then they started forgetting small items in my order like the breadstick sauce. A few times they'd take my order, I'd drive 20 minutes to come pick it up, and when I'd get there they hadn't even started yet so I'd end up waiting another 40 minutes in the parking lot. Each time that happened I wouldn't order from them for a month or so hoping whatever staffing issues they had would clear up, but no. Today I called in at like 5:30PM and the guy told me to call back real quick because he needed to restart the ordering computer. I called back 5 minutes later and the phone rang as if it was disconnected. I drove over there and the place had all the lights off, closed. They're not supposed to close until 9PM. I went to the Little Cesar's across the street. Again, I really like this pizza, and I would happily order it from another location if my city had one, but I don't think I'll be ordering from this location again anytime soon

The food is always good, I love Jets, but the store itself was gross. Food on the floor, the trash was next to where the pizzas come out. Their prep line was really dirty and the floors were gross too. Fruit flies greeted you when you walked in the door. The store needs help.

I’ve been a regular at the Jets Pizza in Fort Wayne Indiana for 5 yrs and order the same thing everytime 1 large 2 topping pizza for $12.00. Since covid started I’ve had nothing but issues. I called 3 times in a row and was told they could not take my order because they were closing early because they didn’t have enough staff. Then today I just called today at 1pm to order the same thing I always get and was told that the price had been raised to $16.34. The owner had raised his prices. I would drive 10 miles to get their pizza and the school I work for would always use Jets. As of today that will stop and they will no longer get business from me or the school. Terrible way to take care of your loyal customers.
