Once you're here, you're family atmosphere. I have been going here just under and year and I am 30 pounds down with a mean lead hook. This is a great place for someone trying to make a career out of fight down to someone who has never stepped into a gym before. The trainers are very professional and the members make you feel like a family. Highly recommend

I participated in the 21 day challenge with Lee Brothers and it did not disappoint. Their coaches are top notch and the program they provide is simple to follow. From work out routines posted live multiple times a week, meal plans, and personalized coaching, Lee Brothers MMA has the entire package when it comes to wellness. I highly recommend them if you are looking to either take your fitness and nutrition to the next level or just starting out and need someone who cares and wants you to be successful. I lost over 11 lbs in 3 weeks and have formed lifestyle habits that I can easily work into my day to day. Support a great local gym with even greater people.

This place has been life-changing for me. I started off with a challenge that was custom for to help me make my goals. The daily communication helped me to stay on track. Even during stay at home orders with the pandemic, they stuck and communicated daily to help me make my goals. The accountability you get and the family you get that stands behind you is not like any other gym you will go to. Now outside the challenge on a regular membership, I have this incredible community I can walk into on some of my best days and some of my worst days.

This is the best gym I have ever been to. The community of people are amazing, and I have sincerely never experienced anything like it. Everyone is so helpful and they make you feel like you belong the minute you walk in the doors. I’ve grown and learned so much since I have joined, and I have made some awesome friends in the process!

Vibe is really cool. Training is Competitive and fun!nI'm in every day, and even when i don't feel like it, i never regret going because the culture of family always picks me up :)
