TruFit Waist Game and Sabrina has drastically changed my life. I was once 200lbs with the lowest self esteem. Sabrina’s confidence in me, continuous encouragement, and amazing workouts has completely TRANSFORMED me. Not to mention the family atmosphere that TruFit breathes. TruFit is unlike any other training facility that I've ever been to. It's more than a gym. Honestly, they've become family. They meet you where you're at (physically and mentally) and push the limits to help you reach your goals. When I first started I felt like I was dying (which they motivated me and reassured me that it was ok) and modified my way through classes. Now, I feel stronger than ever! I can see a huge difference in not only my physical appearance but my overall health. Joining TruFit is one of the best decisions I've ever made. Great environment! Great women to connect and build with. Sabrina is a great trainer. She has a beautiful heart and really make you feel amazing! I never met a trainer like her ever. I recommend her to everyone!
