TruFit is unlike any other training facility that I've ever been to. It's more than a gym. Honestly, they've become family. They meet you where you're at (physically and mentally) and push the limits to help you reach your goals. When I first started I felt like I was dying (which they motivated me and reassured me that it was ok) and modified my way through classes. Now, I feel stronger than ever! Great environment! Great women to connect and build with. Sabrina is a great trainer. She has a beautiful heart and really make you feel amazing! I never met a trainer like her ever. I recommend her to everyone!
