Variety is the spice of life! This is true at Studio Seva. They offer a great variety of classes, instructors and class times. They offer classes for all skill levels. I highly recommend!

After visiting several studios in the area, I chose this one because the teachers emphasized listening and being patient with yourself during your practice and they paid attention to form and making sure you set yourself up well, as opposed to just rushing through flows. That being said, the teachers all have their own distinct styles, which makes for a fun, interesting selection of classes. Everyone is authentic and all about making sure each person in their class walks out feeling better than when they came in. It was a pleasure to attend while I lived in Ft. Wayne, and I’m looking forward to my next visit so I can drop in for a class. :)
