Mr. Electric of Fort Wayne

I highly recommend Mr. Electric of Fort Wayne to others. I called 2 other electric companies... 1 I'm still waiting on a call back and the other was 3-4 weeks out on appointments. I was furious and up against the wall with options. So I tried Mr. Electric. After receiving an estimate the representative was very supportive with options on how the service could be done. They came out immediately. Their workers were very polite. They were very detail about their work. The job was completed in an unexpected timely manner. My family have not had a problem since. I agree with others on this and so many other sites. Customer Service lady is by far the most arrogant DIVA I’ve dealt with. Honey, you are answering the phone for an electrician, stop with the high and mighty attitude. It’s called CUSTOMER service. Had a terrible experience with Jamie. Showed up late and was told he doesn’t start work until 11am (confirmation said arrival between 8-10am, no phone call otherwise, took time off work) . He acted like he was interviewing me to see if I was worthy enough to meet his high standards to do work for. My advice....Look elsewhere.

Mr. Electric did solve my problem and they were friendly and worked with urgency. My only complaint was that 2 of the 3 people that came out did not wear masks and when asked said they did not believe in their value. I requested that they stay at least 6 feet from me then and they were compliant. I would use them again.

Great experience with Mr. Electric. They have some furnace experts and Brian came out when a different company was highly suggesting we replace the current one. Brian took our furnace apart looking through it, explaining what he was looking at and the signs he was looking for to determin if it was necessary to replace or not.nAfter he was done I learned alot and trusted him and his suggestions based on his wealth of knowledge. Great to have a friendly, affordable, and trustworthy company to work with.
