Brad came out to give an estimate for a complete change-out. He was very detailed and answered every question I had. His quote came in below several competitors and with better equipment.nnCalvin and his team came out a few days later and had the entire system (Furnace and A/C) changed out in 1 day. Their work was flawless. Not one detail overlooked. They greatly exceeded my expectations.nnBorchelt has earned my business from here on out.

We got a previous quote from another company that was extremely rude when we were asking questions about how much the quote entailed. So we called here and Brad was so nice and quick with getting our furnace fixed that day! Shawn did a great, quick job and we have heat again! So grateful for them doing such a great job! They also cost way less than what we were quoted from the other place. Would definitely recommend their services, and will be using them again if we ever need to!

I first used them for furnace service and they did great and help me fix some issues and replace filters. I then had a major issue with a in slab sewer line. Brad and the team worked with me to get the cost right. I was able to perform some of the demo myself and ended up saving a lot of money. I even called to schedule them and they came and finished the same day. I cannot say enough good things. Thank you Brad and his team again!

Borchelt arrived for regular service early which we appreciate. I enjoy the information they share while doing the job. He successfully worked through a WiFi thermostat interface to the furnace. All is working well now.

Replaced my old tankless water heater with a new high efficiency electronic one, required a lot of repiping and venting. Job done professionally and appears to be working better than the old one ever did.
