Staff are always happy to help, always well stocked, And always clean! I love most CVS stores, but this is one of the best in Fort Wayne.

Outstanding Customer Service by Brian Smith, Pharmacy Technician. We had an issue with a copay savings card. He could not have been more helpful in a very stressful time in our lives. He will never know what a small act of kindness and attentive customer service can do to brighten a day for a customer. So, to you, Brian, thank you!! You are a credit to your profession and to the type of person CVS values. And I do hope they value you as an employee - you went above and beyond to solve a problem for your customer - with excellent results.
