Location is awesome, great use of an old bank. Love the fact that the humidor is in the old safe. But I am not impressed with the cigar selection. Might be great for other products and such. But I am only looking for cigars and I was left wanting.nUpdated in 2020nThis place has gotten way better. The selection is way better than the first time I was here. They also have a nice lounge with great fans to keep the air clean. Big improvement!!
Me and my S/o came in today to purchase a waxmaid hammerhead tobacco pipe and received excellent service and great recommendations wound up getting the pipe papers and a new product called crop kings wonderful product 5* for them as well they are solid and moist rolled wonderfully
2/5. Pretty sure they sold me knock off Mr. Fog Max's. Tasted burnt the first time I hit it. The font was completely different on the vape and not to mention the label was on the wrong side of the pen. Packaging was different than usual, and I looked on an old box that I still had and the distributor was different than the ones I've usually gotten from regular gas stations.
Your store is set up very nicely, so cozy and comfy right when you walk in. Always have everything I need and you guys have a very good community of staff. Always see you guys using teamwork and communication. There is always some where there to greet you, have never had to wait. I would recommend you guys to everyone!! Thanks for such great business!
Horrible customer service! I talked to the GM Ryan, got a vape replaced once, STILL BURNT! Asked for my money back and he only offers a 20% discount on another product. I don't spend $21.37 on a Sea XXL for them to burn out in ONE DAY. Very disappointed with how he handled the situation. Will not bring my money back to this place again and I suggest others don't unless you want to be ripped off.
