Cashier Hannah was very rude. Not pleasant at all. She had an attitude from the moment I walked thru the door. She even appeared to be sick. The location at 5916 St. Joe Rd. Is not a professional environment. Go someplace else. I will not give my money and support a business where customer service is not a top priority!

I’ve normally LOVE this place but today I’ve had the WORST experience I went in with my boyfriend and I wanted to get a white obl, she made me and him give ID but he’s 17 and he’s not paying for it or anything. I’m 18, I’m paying for the stuff I wanted. She said she needed his just because he was with me. HE WASNT EVEN INVOLED IN MY PURCHASE, HE WAS JUST THERE. So next time if KAYLA BECK is there DO NOT go in, worst service I have gotten. I did however get help from this nice gentlemen who ended up helping me and letting me buy. She did not even card ANYBODY else while I was there. She only started carding people when I said something about it. Next time I see her in there I will not be entering
