Gets busy, but still efficient. Every staff member has been nice. I have been to this location 3 times, my food has been hot fresh and accurate every time.
Placed mobile order for pickup inside, when arrived the doors were locked. Called and the manager answered. I said we placed the order online for pickup inside but the doors were locked. She said, “yes.” I said okay so are you closed or does the door need to be unlocked. She said very rude, “I don’t have the staff.” She said I had to go through drive thru which was lined up around the building out to entrance of Coliseum. There is no way to cancel the order on the mobile app. When we arrived to the speaker, said we had mobile order for pick up inside but closed. They said, are you the one who called? When we got the drinks we found hard plastic in the lid and in the drink. I knew she was unprofessional from her tone on the phone but to put something in the drink that my child would be drinking! Stay away from this location!
Actually nice workers, food out fast
I could have give a zero star if I can. Worst service ever in the US. Server is so rude and nasty. We ordered 2 happy meal, simple as one with ketchup and one with pickles. Totally ignored kids need and come out as 2 plain burger. Nothing on it but unions. The drive through didn’t want to be patience to take the order as customer needed. This store can close down! Thumb down!!!! Yack !
