I came in to order at 2:30 p.m.. I walked up to the counter to order. I said, “Hi! How are you?” She just ignored me and just asked “what do you want?” Really rough service. So mean and rude. I only asked for a small brewed coffee and a small vanilla latte. The brewed coffee was like warm. And she was so rough like I was a trouble for her and she never said thank you or anything. I was so polite. And told her can I please have a small vanilla latte. It was not busy. Like it was only me ordering.... Kayla was so cold and rough. No hospitality. Unprofessional and was chewing gum and was on her phone. I was shocked. I hope it will get better.
Just had the worst customer service experience of my life getting a $2.50 cup of coffee- wish I hadn’t bothered! I even suggested to the young girl that she didn’t have to be so grouchy! Can you rate less than 1 star?!
Good experience with Nancy. Good coffee.
