Only women’s only gym in town! Great community of ladies. Lots of support and offers lots of extra services like infrared sauna, dry sauna, tanning, body wraps, acupuncture, personal training, and classes!
Old equipment. I liked the idea of it being a place just for women to workout though. The front desk person rarely smiles or even said hello to me. Not friendly, maybe they got a better customer representative at the fro t deal now !
The owner is awesome to accommodate your fitness goals
Best kept secret in town. Maybe not for long. Can't say enough about this gym. Not only has Jenna Osuna, the owner, made it possible for me to offer Reiki sessions there at Well Within Reiki, but I personally have never felt better since coming to the gym. From Infrared Sauna :), paired with a workout, to the many stellar classes offered, pro trainers, to just the warm community feeling of the gym, it's a great place. Oh yeah - it's affordable!
I was a contractor working on the property here. The management is a pleasure to deal with and they do care about their image. I would recommend this place.
