I know this may sound like a small thing, but I ordered a hot chocolate for my 5 year old son and the Mocha Lounge is the first place that has ever made it at a drinkable temperature for him. I was already a big fan, but this just sent me over the moon. Thank you.
Great local coffee place. Their fall drinks are fantastic. Usually some good quiche on display as well. Always been more than satisfied with the food/drink and service I've received.
Horrible customer service and watered down drinks.
Great coffee but the drive through line is ridiculous. You will spend over 30 minutes in line with 3-4 cars a head of you. This was my experience on two separate occasions. Not a big deal if you have the time but it’s still ridiculous how long it takes them to make drinks. I counted many cars that waited for a while and then just got out of line and left.
