This Starbucks shouldn't be open if it cannot meet the demands of the market it is in. Twice in the last two weeks I have waited more than 30 minutes for my order. About a week ago I sat trapped in the drive thru for 35 minutes and today I had to wait 35 minutes for my mobile order to be fulfilled despite the app telling me the wait would be 9-11 minutes. I can't continue patronizing this location until they figure out whatever issue is slowing them down so significantly. I noticed several customers leave without their orders despite already having paid for them due to the wait being so long. There were six baristas and they were all very busy but it didn't seem to make much of a dent in their queue.
It was fine I guess. That location is pretty slow and the lady who served us got our order wrong. Twice. By my house the Starbucks is supreme honestly. But KAREN just had to ask me about summer school so.
This Starbucks has much shower service compared to other locations. The drive-thru moves really slowly and it doesn't help it is attached to a bank. The other day, someone even cut in front of the cars that were waiting to pull in because of the awkwardness of the entrance. You either have to block traffic or risk someone cutting in line. You are better off doing a mobile order and picking up inside. On a plus side, the staff are always friendly here.
Fast friendly service. Excellent coffee & food.
It had some chairs outside and we had a good time there .
