Used their kiosk at Menards. It's quick and easy, but the machine only had 5 designs in stock. If you wanted anything else from their catalog it would get sent to you by mail. Otherwise, I thought the ability to save and store your key bitting was very clever and innovative.

Made 3 keys for me. Buy 2 get 3rd free. They all worked. Easy. First time using kiosk.

Offer was given for a discount since I had so many keys to make. It was 50% off to have them mailed. I felt that was very generous to do for me. At really much appreciated.

Unfortunately my keys did not fit. They were very nice looking but they would not lock and unlock my doors. I called and they credited my account and apologized several times.
