Korte Does It All, Inc.

Our 4 year old Carrier furnace was displaying an error light. We called Korte who we use for annual service on a Friday. They were able to send someone out the same day. The indicated error turned out to be very confusing since the expected cause was not found to be the problem. After a very long time trying a number of solutions Cameron finally determined that the gas valve in the furnace was defective.nCameron returned the following Monday with a new gas valve which was installed. The furnace was then tested for quite some time until he was satisfied that everything was working properly.nI was most impressed with how timely everything was done and how thorough all the work was done.

We just replaced our 14 year old geothermal unit for a gas forced air furnace and central air. The quote we received was comparable to other quotes but what made Korte Does It All stand out is the service! The sales person, Jerry Yoder, was prompt to respond to our request for a quote and within a week we had our new unit installed and running. The service technicians did a fantastic job and were very courteous. We recommend this family owned company to anyone looking for great service.

Great customer service by Koco and Emily! Came in did the work needed and kept me informed the entire process to make sure i was satisfied. They did a great job and cleaned up after the work was over. Also made sure to keep me as a customer for the future as well! Will be using them again!

We had a water leak and our technician was Carlos Young, he was fantastic. He was very nice, he listened, and he repaired the problem quickly. I felt very comfortable with him being in our home and I would definitely request him if the need arises in the future.
