I had 4 companies come to quote us on new furnace and water heater. Some were lower than Korte, some higher and some the same, but the quality in the customer service and product we received was 100%. I had been using a different company for our annual maintenance but wasn’t happy with them. Korte not only took care of what we needed but they also went above and beyond. The workers were on time, courteous, professional, detailed, informative, friendly and helpful. We are very happy so far with our new furnace, air filter and water heater! The air quality in our home is noticeably different! Such a relief! We will need a new AC eventually and will be calling them! I would highly recommend to anyone

On August 24th of this year, Korte installed a heat pump system in our home. As always, they were on time, professional, and did an outstanding job. Eric, Caleb, and Yeko kept us informed during the installation and walked us through how to use the system after it was installed. First out to our home though, was Jerry, who walked through our home to determine exactly what we needed and to give us a quote. We have found in the past that, if we called anyone other than Korte, we always had to call Korte to come out and fix the work of other plumbers and electricians. So we don’t even bother anymore, and Korte is the first and only call that we make. They have never had to come back to fix anything that they initially installed. Whenever we have called the office with questions, the phone staff has always been polite and directed us to the person who could answer our questions. It doesn’t pay to try to save money elsewhere. Get the job done right the first time. Call Korte.

Carlos Y. and Amir was amazing! They were very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. They were very positive and gave every option that they could do. Since the tub was thinning out, they then recommended a place where they could replace and fix that problem. Best crew and experience I have had and would recommend Carlos and Amir.

This rating could change. My mother had a water heater installed in July and I just got to see it for the first time last week. It is leaning, it is too large for the space. It is in a closet with the furnace and has sliding doors. My mom went to access the furnace and the door would not open, kept hitting the water heater (never had that problem before). They came back out and removed the door guide from the floor so the doors would lean out and allow them to slide open. Man said problem fixed. PROBLEM NOT FIXED. Stupidity. It also didn't address the fact that the water heater is leaning about 3 degrees. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I expected better from this company.

The service person came in and found the cause of our problem right away and was able to fix it quickly. The price was fair. They came within hours of being called. Very happy with their service!
