Awesome place...nParking is available and getting in and out the docks is simple...nAnd Stephanie in the office greets you with a smile and great customer service... Its a rare find in trucking to have all of that at one location.. great job
Fixed issues !! Arrived 4 hrs early. After reefer cooled, ..was assigned a door 2 1/2 hrs later. Loaded and Parked in OVN lot 1/2 hr B4 appointment time. Friendly Staff at Recieving, and was surprised ( after All the Prior Neg reviews from months ago)... Soo. Problems addressed, fixed and resolved .. Very cool!!
Its a brand new warehouse directly beside North American Cold Storage. Large dirt staging area with overnight parking, slide tandems back and back in with doors closed, little bit of a wait but nothing major. About a mile from the Loves Truck Stop. Reefer must be at -20 Continuous. Mostly Ice Cream loads
Arrived 1.5 hours early ina Saturday. Was immediately put in a door and was loaded within 2 hours. Excellent service!!
If you like to sit for three days, with no idea when you'll be unloaded, this is the place for you.n21 hours after check in, the red light came on and unloading commenced.nCan't wait to see how long it takes.nnI'll never know how long it took, because no one tells you when your paperwork is readynI sat in their dock for 5 hours.... Nice place to sleep but no one's going to tell you your paperwork is ready.... And that's because it's their last chance to screw you over.... And be as unprofessional as possible... This place is out of control.
