Very Clean, everyone was courteous. The fuel pumps went off line and they had to scan my card again. The Operations Manager “ Roger S. Did all he could to keep me calm about the situation. He was very nice. Thanks for great service Roger. I will definitely be using your location again. My experience above was last month as I visit today the restroom was filthy As I continue my visit I will continue to add to this experience. (Next Day) The same toilettes was still filthy mess dried up on it nobody touched it in a 24 hour period this is bad. I don’t know what happened since my first visit. I will not return to this location. The pilot and petro restrooms is much cleaner 40 miles down the road and the pilot in Fort Wayne. As I depart I experienced McDonald’s they were warm and friendly, and the masks had a smile on it so I guess I can say they were smiling. Lol. Say safe everyone!
My food was prepared very fast and wasn't cold when I received it. Thankfully no one had a nasty attitudes either.
Love coming into this truck stop . Worker Kayla their most days I enter . Super sweet an pretty girl. Socialize with her most visits. Great customer service here .
Nice clean store . I found parking still at 7:pm
Do not stop for oil change here. Charged 484$ for conventional oil t4 plus filters. And I told the guy to use synthetic blend. Thats how much I am charged for synthetic rottela t6 at speedco. The fat guy needed 3+ hours to do it(30-40mins speedco) and he overfill it, (he said its ok when he checked the stick) so I needed to go back to release some. INSANE TO WAIT 4 HOURS FOR OIL CHANGE WORK
