Terrible... Horrible experience. Too long of a story to post. Left the store feeling harassed.

I was on a road trip with some friends today and we had to stop for gas. It was around dinner time and the store and adjacent subway were pretty busy. I wanted to splash some water on my face so I braced myself for the worst before walking into restroom and to my surprise It was very very clean.

Store employee on 9-4 (Sunday) evening was rude. She turned lights out on us while eating Subway food. Subway employee relayed he had customers. She yelled at him about having to close. I intervened that without customers, she would have no job. She got louder. She missed the mark big time. Poor poor example of customer service. I hope this is not a representation of your company's core values.

I have been quite often over the last few years and every time the place was very clean and orderly the restrooms were very clean also

Great experience - very nice store - super clean and friendly. Subway is in the same building but not a part of Sparky Mart.
