Never give maintenance to equipment. leg extension machine been broken for almost two months, not a single repair person has shown.
Getting better at cleaning but not where it needs to be.
Management is terrible! Completely unprofessional.
The gym itself is clean and really nice. However I recently moved and had to cancel my membership. They charged me for another month, 2 months after I cancelled. They said they would refund me and fix the problem and they haven done either as I just got charged again.
The owner never gets back to you never replies to emails especially if it's about a refund. Stay away all they care about is taking your money.
I love this gym, and the people. Very clean and tidy. The staff is polite. The fitness trainer, Wayne, has given me the best of the best tips and tricks that my body needed. Very professional. Have and will recommend to all.
