For 30 years I walked for exercise. Since joining CrossFit Praus four years ago, I live my life in a different body -- so much stronger and healthier in all ways than ever before. I look forward to working out here 6 times a week because the people inspire me, the workouts are challenging and awesome at the same time, and I always have something interesting to look forward to. I climbed a rope for the first time two months ago -- @ 56! Lol! I love it here.

I have loved the environment of this gym since day 1!! Everyone is welcomed with open arms, and made a part of the family. Great coaches that care about what I want to accomplish, and are always aware of my safety. Couldn't have chosen a better community to become a part of

I never understood people when they claimed they “loved working out” but now, I get it. Praus makes a hard workout actually enjoyable: the coaches, atmosphere, members... everyone is extremely supportive of one another. You will not regret joining Praus.

Professional coaching that has helped me in my CrossFit journey. They accommodate any athletic skill level or any limitations you have and give you a great workout. Friendly members make you feel welcome no matter what class you attend. True goal to make you better than you were yesterday.

This place offers a community that is like no other! It literally feels like you are working out with family. The facility is spacious, clean, and an excellent place to exercise! The coaches and athletes are all around, the best in town! If you are looking for an amazing place to get a good workout in and feel very welcomed, Crossfit Praus is definitely the place for you!
