CrossFit Praus in Fort Wayne, IN

For 30 years I walked for exercise. Since joining CrossFit Praus four years ago, I live my life in a different body -- so much stronger and healthier in all ways than ever before. I look forward to working out here 6 times a week because the people inspire me, the workouts are challenging and awesome at the same time, and I always have something interesting to look forward to. I climbed a rope for the first time two months ago -- @ 56! Lol! I love it here.

I never understood people when they claimed they “loved working out” but now, I get it. Praus makes a hard workout actually enjoyable: the coaches, atmosphere, members... everyone is extremely supportive of one another. You will not regret joining Praus.
