This company is a joke! They use placement agencies that don’t do background checks on employees. They treat the “good” employees terribly. The training isn’t enough before they throw you into a job that you will fail at passing an audit. I was a project supervisor and was only trained for 2 weeks before they put me on a HUGE job in which I was not fully staffed for. They also took my only team lead and put her somewhere else and didn’t care I was not going to be able to do all that was required so to being short staffed. The manager at the time wouldn’t come help me make sure the customer was happy! I had to literally tell him he should stop smoking cigs in his truck & help me! They ended up firing him & replacing him with a women that really didn’t know how to keep a client happy. I requested management to make sure I was staffed at all times but they didn’t. I was blamed for EVERYTHING even though it clearly wasn’t my fault! She made up a lie about me not passing an audit (which never happened) that I was never given notice or a report on the audit. I would HIGHLY recommend NEVER get a job with this company unless you want to be treated like a liar & get fired for not doing anything wrong.
Drivers avoid this place, 5 hours for unloading and loading expedited live load
