Vault Stor & Loc

We had a great experience with Vault Stor & Loc.nnSome reviews might infer the manager is too strict, but in all honesty this is what you want in a manager that is taking responsibility for your items being stored there. He has very simple rules and they are all there in place to keep the facility safe for others and your belongings.nnThe initial tour he gives of the property is really fun and he goes over everything so you don't really have any follow-up questions.

Management is great, excellent communication. Prices are great for such a safe and convenient location. Highly recommend!

I have been using storage units at The Vault for many years. Ron is always friendly and helpful. I feel confident that my items are safe. The location is convenient. All in all, I am very pleased.

We rented a unit here for 6.5 years. Most of that time was fine with no issue, but what issues we did have involved the male manager. He is extremely confrontational and tries to intimidate, and very much treats men differently than women. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The facilities are clean and overall fine, the prices are also what I would expect for a storage facility. The male manager, however, was rude and annoying. I would recommend to others to go elsewhere for storage, as they are a dime a dozen in this area, and others hopefully don't have management who are rude to their customers.
