Great place always polite and fast load and unload. Only bad thing is they won't let you use the restroom here. They provide honeybuckets, but with no hand washing station. I guess germs from unwashed bathroom hands are acceptable when exchanging ppw ud83eudd37ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0f

We were running after the appt time for pick up, spoke with Andrea at the shipping ahead of time, that truck ETA is 3.45PM I've been told we have to pay 150$ overtime fee and the truck will get loaded. The driver drove there all the way from Portland got there at 3.30PM, and was turned away per supervisor they can't accommodate the load, reschedule for next available appt. If we would been told that we will not get loaded, I understand, but what was the point to tell carrier yes come in we will get you loaded? W had to deadhead the truck all the way there. It doesn't even make sense to call there, people are unhelpful at all, don't waste your time with calls, nobody care about ELD hours about the COVID 19 that this is a food stuff, and receiver run out of food. ZERO STARS ZERO. Sh* cold storage facility!

Decent room could be slow or fast loading depending on time of say. Office gall for ice cream is a tad bit on the RUDE side.
