Big Y Storage

This place has the best prices in eugene and springfield. I called every single storage facility. The staff is kind, helpful, and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better place to store my belongings

a little bit of extra travel to the big Y but very clean nice and quiet storage units in a safe place.

Stored with Big Y in the smallest space for 18 months. Paid ahead a year, then paid another year when we didn't end up moving back to Eugene. Now we have cleared everything out, and it's all dry, no mold, no damage at all! And we received a prompt refund via check for the months we paid ahead but are not storing! Great customer service, gates and facilities easy to use, good experience overall. Highly recommend!

Expensive, cannot access or leave after 8:00 pm without a $35.00 fee. Oh and don't loose your key to your lock, they do not have bolt cutters.

I searched around for a LOT of storage units before choosing Big Y. I was pleased to say that my stuff stayed dry, no mold, locked up tight. They charge a reasonable price, and the best part is that they have pretty good hours to access your things. The manager was friendly and communicated clearly, and the gate system was secure and easy to use. Thank you, Big Y!
