Love, Love, Love this place and these classes and instructors!!! I have disc injuries in my back and neck and these classes are just right. Anyone can do these classes and every class you become stronger, healthier and more confident. Seriously such a blessing and I recommend 100%. Thank You DavinciBodyFitness!💛💛💛
Tried the bodyboard while out of town and really enjoyed it. Ordered one online, received and still like it however, customer service is nonexistent. Have called and emailed to inquire about online classes...all to no avail. The board itself is a great concept and a good workout but if there are no studios in your area, there needs to be more online classes available. There are only 4 workouts on their website and 2 dancing ones.
Kicks butt! I defy anyone doing any other type of workout to try this and not be spent at the end of the workout. Hits all body parts constantly. Quick, and more importantly, effective! I challenge everyone to give this a try. Looks easy but NOT!
Visiting Santa Fe for the weekend, I wanted to find a fun way to work out. This studio is AMAZING! It was fun, dynamic, yet challenging. Cannot wait for the Denver studio to open. Sign me up!
This workout is as fun as it is hard. Julie the instructor is friendly, energetic and encouraging. The other participants made my wife and I feel welcome. Will definitely be going back.
