They have a no-contact self-service kiosk that handles the entire process including providing the lock and keys. Very important to us during the covid-19 stay home order. Staff was available by phone to assist when we had questions. Excellent customer service!

Open anytime which is great. Lots of deals and cheaper prices. No climate control but units are placed on a hill which helps with the weather. May update again after winter season to see how true that is.nnUpdate: Stuff help up well during the winter seasons with no issues to any of my property. Would recommend!
