Honestly doesn’t even deserve one star. Ordered delivery one day and it took 45 minutes to get here. Now today I ordered at 10:15 and said I wanted it delivered my noon. It’s going on 30 minutes late and has said it’s been out for delivery for 20 minutes. Safe to say they have lost my business.

Not sure what happened to this place. Used to be great, but today I made an online order and it went about as bad as possible.nnIt took 1 hour and 10 minutes to get our food (not exactly freaky fast), but then when the food did arrive one of the sandwiches was not customized properly (they didn’t remove cheese or mayo) AND the two bags of chips I paid for that were clearly on my receipt for were not included at all.nnNone of this would have been enough for me to leave a bad review. I could have been ok with the store being busy or having a bad day, but when I called to let them know my chips were missing from my order I was told there was no way I could be refunded. The person that answered the phone (who double checked with the manager on duty 9/12 1:45pm) said my only option was to receive a store credit. Apparently their version of store credit is a notebook that they keep and would write my name and store credit amount on. I expressed that sounded like I would never get my store credit, and that if they couldn’t just refund the chips never mind.nnSeriously you messed up my order and won’t just refund my credit car $4? Terrible customer service.

Ordered my food from this location and didn’t receive it for 40 mins. Called twice and asked if there would be composition for my wait since I had now wasted my whole lunch with no food. They told me no because they could help how busy they were. If that’s the case then your slogan should be “freaky fast sometimes when we’re not busy”. Not to mention my order was wrong. I gave it one star because the food tasted good and the girl who delivered was nice. Will not be ordering from this location again. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Failed customer service.nnPetty greed. Questioned my motivation on requesting the replacement of a missed bag of chips from a large order 2-3 weeks ago.nnWhen I discovered the chips were missing originally I called and whoever answered the phone just said mention it next time you're in here and we will get you taken care of.nnSo, I did just that, today. I mentioned it while placing my order. The girl who answered the phone said just mention it when you get here and we'll get you taken care of.nnwhen I arrived to get my order it was not very busy and I confirmed with the cashier the situation about the chips. She actually looked in the bag and her exact words were 'yes both bags of chips are in there.'...and handed it to me.nnWhen I got to my vehicle that was not the case. There was only one bag of chips. I confirmed via my receipt that I had again paid for a combo that included a bag of chips and was without my extra bag of chips from the previous situation.nnI had not left yet so I went back inside and presented the situation to the cashier. She looked at me bewildered and baffled and had no idea what I was talking about. As if I had magically appeared from nowhere. I then turned to another guy who was also involved in the earlier conversation. He immediately pulls out some little book and starts flipping through it asking my name. Well obviously caller ID gave my name so I don't understand why you're looking things up. I then questioned again while I was still standing there waiting for a bag of chips that was rightfully owed to me. He said he needs to now speak with a manager at which I replied why?nnHe just said give me a second and turned around walked 4 ft and addressed a person who apparently was a manager who hadn't stepped up yet during this entire situation to address the matter.nnShe then walks over and begins to question me herself. She also starts digging through the little book and asking my name and information. That is when I just said why are we still standing here discussing a simple bag of chips that is owed to me? I've lost more money standing here waiting for you to resolve this matter then it would have been to just buy a bag of chips. This isn't a matter of me trying to get over and get a free bag of chips. This is your people don't know how to do their job and couldn't put a bag of chips in a bag on a to-go order.nnI had been extremely calm, very friendly, and very polite up to that point. she then starts to question me getting upset about the situation. And told me that if I was going to be upset that they weren't going to do anything for me.nnBeing a business owner myself, and especially this direct identical industry I will give you a word of advice...This is when you just hand the customer the bag of chips and apologize for the inconvenience because you have to at this point realize how stupid the situation is.nnI got my bag of chips. You lost a customer for good. You have also sparked a level of motivation in me that is going to increase my determination to reopen my restaurant and compete directly with you in this market and eventually drive you out.
