I've been a loyal customer since the previous owners and came back as soon as it reopened with new owners. I've never had any issues until my last experience. I needed a cut on a Friday and the only appointment I could get was for 330pm. I was on optional overtime at work and decided to sacrifice an extra couple hundred $$ that day to get my hair cut. I arrived 15 minutes early and the 2 ladies I saw were busy with other customers. 5 minutes before my appointment time another customer walked in, and the lady at the first chair came from the back and talked to him, and they clearly knew each other. She asked if he had an appointment and he said no, he didn't know he needed one. She asked my name, which most other ladies that work there know my name, and if I had an appointment and I told her yes at 330. They talk quietly for a minute before he sat down to wait. And then one minute before my appointment time, the lady at the first chair calls the guy without an appointment back while I'm still waiting. The other two ladies are still busy with other customers at this point. I sacrificed making more money to take this appointment, and was treated like I didn't exist. I ALWAYS tip well no matter which lady cuts my hair. I got up and left without saying a word, and needless to say I will not be back. I know they won't miss my money every couple weeks, or the other couple guys I know that frequent this establishment. I just hope they get it figured out and don't do this to any more customers.

Finally found my go-to spot here in Fort Wayne after moving here a year and a half ago. Their attention to detail is amazing. Definitely wouldn't recommend going anywhere else.

Wow. Just wow. As someone who was used to the speed haircuts of other places, this place blew my mind. Amazing friendly staff that will chat with you the entire time, professionals that never fail to make your hair look amazing, and extra comforts to just take it home. When every hair cut comes with a scalp massage and shampoo, followed by a razor shave on your neck, how could you not want to keep coming back? Id give more stars if possible, and will continue coming here for as long as they're open.

I've been getting my hair cut here for the last year and this place is great! I always get a great cut, not rushed through and a shampoo at the end is awesome! I'm glad I decided to stop in and try HoneyCuts! The pricing is very fair and the staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable!
