Symbionics Pilates Studio

Mary Beth (instructor & owner) is a miracle worker! When I began Pilates several months ago at Symbionics I was out of shape and lacked muscle tone. Mary Beth provided a program that allowed me to strengthen & lengthen my muscles while continuing to add just the right amount of challenge each week. Just a few months later my core is stronger & I am feeling much more confident. I can’t wait to see where I will be in 3 more months of work at Symbionics!

I have been working with Mary Beth for over 8 years. Her indivualized Pilates instruction solved a weak back issue I had and I continue with weekly sessions because she keeps this body moving. Her experience and keen eye for muscle issues that creep up for me give me great confidence in her skills. I cannot be more enthusiastic about Symbionics and Mary Beth!!
