Trilogy

I love coming to yoga here and look forward to it every week! It’s my own personal form of medicine and has helped me mentally, physically, and emotionally. All the teachers I’ve taken classes from are fantastic and create such a welcoming environment where you feel free to ask questions and never feel judged! I always feel right at home when I walk in and am usually greeted by at least a few familiar faces every time I come in. Location is super easy to get to, and great variety of class types/ time offerings. 10/10 would recommend! :)

This wellness space is so warm and welcoming! I had my first massage and power yoga class ever at Trilogy- I look forward to trying out all the other wellness services they offer!

I am new to Fort Wayne and new to Yoga. A friend invited me to attend a class with her and I have been going ever since. The facility is calming and the staff have patiently taught me how to get the most from each pose. It is a positive place with great energy. Many other services are offered and I look forward to exploring them. Thankful for the growth and the encouragement from a great team and classmates!

Trilogy Wellness Studio is my happy place. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming. From the several yoga classes to getting a massage, this place is awesome.

From the moment I walked in the door, Trilogy felt like home to me. Everyone has been so welcoming! They offer a wide range of classes and services and every single one I have taken advantage of has been amazing! Not to mention workshops from making your own body butter to bullet journaling! Take a class or schedule a massage or biomat session - you won’t be sorry!
