Our experiences at Kelley have always been top notch! This purchase was no different! Our salesman, Logan, was very knowledgeable and professional yet friendly and never pushy. He let us take things at our pace and we looked over many vehicles. Made a selection, took it for a drive and loved it! Paperwork and transaction completed, keys handed to us and out the door in just 30 minutes. We also drove off with a full tank and as always. . . car washes for lifetime of ownership of the car. Another wonderful Kelley experience!!!!

Working with Ernie was fantastic! He has always treated us right when we've been searching for cars. Highly recommend reaching out for Ernie when needing a salesperson for your next car purchase. Mike in finance also made the purchase super easy and straight forward. Ask for him to do your financial paperwork. Great team!

We visited Kelley Buick to better understand Enclave exterior and interior colors by trim level. Sales rep patiently spent several hours with us explains all the features and options. Finally we purchased a new Enclave as a result of the excellent customer experience. Would highly recommend Kelley Buick. Their entire staff was very courteous and expert.

The salesman was great and I ended up with what I wanted. The service became a problem, but Stephanie remedied that problem quickly. She is GREAT! When it came time for my third oil change, I went to the north store, where I had an appointment at 10:30. I got checked in and we went to run some errands. We came back at 2:45... over four hours later... and they said they had not even started on it yet, but would get to it next. I told them to just give me my keys and I walked out. Why have an appointment if they don't get to you until hours later? NOT HAPPY with service. I was told a manager would call me... no one ever did. I'm headed for the south store next Friday. I hope it goes better.nnEdit: We went to the south store and got the oil changed. They had a recall on it as well so they gave us a car to drive while the truck was being worked on. He said it would take about 2 hours, but they called us just after an hour and had it all done. Great job!

We have had a wonderful experience at Tom Kelley Buick GMC! Sean Howell, sales consultant introduced himself along with a review of the vehicle I was interested in through a video message; which was much more personal than just pictures on a website! Our in person meeting and test drive went very well and Sean was even kind enough to bring the vehicle inside overnight as we were coming first thing the next morning! It was great working with their finance department as well, Brian McKinley was very nice. We love our new vehicle and it was well worth the wait to find the perfect one for our family! We will definitely be coming back to buy more vehicles at Tom Kelley!nnJennifer Tester
