I bought a new suv all by myself
Not very happy with Kia working on my Kia that I bought their brand new cost me over $200 to have them replaced two fuses
Thank you Nick N and the rest of the Kia crew. I went in for an oil change about a month ago for my Kia Optima and left with a New 2021 Kia K5 EX. Nick was a good salesman and walked me thru all the amenities on this car. He is the man to see for next car.
Unprofessional to say the least. Went there to test drive a Kia and one of the car sales guy just hopped in before my PERSONAL test drive and and the entire time he was taking calls and knew nothing about the car. Then I went to get lunch after negotiating. After I got back, It took the guy 10 minutes to talk about their protections/ extra warranty. Just for me to say no!!nnWe didn’t even do the closing deal in an office. Major face palm.nnBefore getting into me signing contracts, one of the car sales man was so awesome and good energy! He wanted to show me the car cleaned up with all that they’d promise to do....but the guy in charge of signing the documents stopped this moment immediately saying how I need to sign the contracts first.nnCompletely ruined the experience of buying a nice Kia. Customer service skills were embarrassing and completely lacking professionalism.
Kia has always been the best,we have had 5 of them and never had a problem with any,service always great,both here in FORTWAYNE and at CITRUS KIA IN FLORIDA
