This store is so iconic. Everyone there is so nice and knew my name after my order. I’ve gotten confusing but fun orders just to try and they were so invested in my drink. As a Starbucks employee myself, they have truly established the “3rd Place” idea in their store. Can’t wait to come back again.
I went to this Starbucks yesterday to get a drink and I waited 35 minutes in the drive thru. My vehicle wasn't even in the street like others after me were. I've never seen such slow service. I'd suggest you guys need to have spaces where people can pull forward and bring out whatever it is they are waiting on instead of holding up the line for that long. I personally won't be back to this location again as that was just ridiculous.
Even though they were out of ingredients for my favorite drink which I ordered ahead, the staff was nice and efficient in making a my replacement order.
Good coffee, the drive thru took a bit longer than usual to get through.
Busy place, but I always have awesome service!
