This McDonald's is one the best in Ft Wayne. Employees are generally friendly and thorough. The employees work hard to get it right at this location. I will go out of my way and pass other Mcdonald's locations up to go to this one on Illinois Rd. because I rarely have any issue with service or food quality; the few times that I have, they have quickly rectified and made it right with a good professional attitude.
Sevice is quick and friendly. Plus we can eat inside. So many fast food places near here are drive thru only or only the lobby is open to take your order and not the dining room.

Must be hard to take an order then mess it up then make the person walk in to get the order straightened out. To think im an diesel technician (engine mechanic for those that need help understanding) life must be hard!
Terrible. Wrong everytime we go through the drive thru. We keep going back thinking it cant always be a bad experience but, unfortunately it always is.
