Polar King

There is no better option for walk in refrigeration in my opinion! We have purchased 2 of these units for our restaurants and never had any notable issues. During our last expansion & remodel we had very specific needs for a walk in cooler/freezer combo. With Polar King we were able to give specifications needed for; shape/size/ceiling height/color/door locations/door swing/reinforced flooring for keg storage and movement/floor drain for easy clean/trunk line locations for our draft beer system and more. Ordering process was easy and straightforward, which was important to me--no games, no back and forth, they even gave us the most efficient shelving/storage layouts. These coolers seem indestructible but the few minor issues we have had they have stood behind their products 100%. Delivery was simple (for me at least!) as their people delivered fully assembled, put in place, and coordinated with general contractor and electrician so we were up and running in hours not days compared to the alternatives. It was truly amazing to see how quickly they put our huge cooler in place. Polar King literally saved our restaurant during our 1st week being open. What we thought was plenty of cooler space for our modest sized restaurant quickly turned out to be not even close to enough. We called polar king and within hours they had a portable unit to our back door. We were able to cruise through the rest of our opening week with one less thing to stress about.nOn another occasion the power went out for a couple days! Polar king had a unit here same day so we were able to save product and tons of $$.nOf all the moving parts in our restaurant, our polar king coolers (we now have 3; 1 at each restaurant and 1 in our brewery) are the least of our worries. We have never had to call for maintenance due to them not cooling, hinges breaking, etc. It's nice to have such reliable equipment and people as friends in the business! Thanks Polar King :)
