Waited 15 mins for curbside pick up and called in 3 times!!!!
Just ordered from there today and I’m not pleased. The delivery person was really rude, sat our food upside down. Definitely NOT ordering from this location again!
The service was decent but very friendly, also the pizza was good but slightly cold. They made very good desserts and just a generally good place for food and to be.
I ordered 8 pizzas for a birthday party today. Ashley at the Calhoun St store took the order and gave excellent customer summer. My pizzas arrived exactly at 4:00 as requested! Thanks Pizza Hut for the excellent service!
Fiance Ordered at 8:38 pm to surprise me with pizza. At 10:40 pm shes unhappy and I ask her whats wrong. Two calls to the business resulted in a full ring time to call drop. Third resulted in a person who said they were behind 90 mins. I asked why we weren't given a msg as to why ot took so long and all he said was yet again they were behind. After a two hour wait they said our food was just being put in. Then they hung up on me. Needless to say, extremely unsatisfied. Why was she not told when her order was going to be so far behind? Why do you keep bringing in orders if you can't fulfill them. I've worked at fast food before. I know the pressure, but 2 hours??! And after all this all i got was hung up on.
