I'm from NJ and staying in Fort Wayne for 5 days and I ordered a veggie pizza.. and it was so delicious. I was pleasantly surprised about midwest pizza, since we all know the best pizza is east coast in tri state area. Would recommend.. as for the other reviews, i didn't notice bad customer service, and I thought the delivery time was fast. It was so yummy.

Will never order from here again. I called and asked where i could find the menu..... nobody knew. I found it and decided to give them a try anyway. Ordered 2 pizzas, a salad, and 2 2liters. Was told it would be here 45 minutes to an hour. It didnt show up till and hour and a half, and they forgot my sodas. The pizzas were ice cold. They eventually showed up with my sodas 30 minutes later.nnVery dissapointing.

I always order the same thing...1 large pepperoni roll and 1 large sausage roll for my family. The great thing is they've been delivering since they've been in existence and when they give you a time for your food to arrive, that's what it'll be or earlier. The only downside I've experienced is if you go there to order it seems like you're waiting forever so that's why I just get delivery. You have to call in and order (yes they accept cards... they ask that you have that card and your ID ready to show when the delivery arrives...you will have to sign the receipt) because they don't have a website. Pics of their menu can be found online though (regardless of how old the picture is the menu is still valid because it hasn't changed).

I called for delivery got laughed at and hung up on. Called the next night when i got home from work three times and not one time did anyone answer.nNot sure if the owner is aware but some of the employees are really gonna make this place go under. Ive ordered here and only talked highly about vitos for a year. However, lately I’ve been understanding why everyone hates on this place.

Worst pizza place I have ever dealt with. Took an hour and a half and I called. They told me they knocked but no answer. In a hotel room. I cancelled the order. Then a driver called and said he was just given the order and he would be right there. Two hours after I ordered he shows up with cold pizza. I told him I didn’t want it and that they told me they would cancel my order. They lied so much I will be amazed if a credit shows up on my card. Guess I will be disputing that charge.
