I have been coming to this Starbucks for the last 10 years and as of today will never go back there again. I accidentally forgot my mask and apologized and was on my way out until one of the employees gave me one. I thanked them an apologized again. As I was standing waiting for just a coffee I was talking to someone that was waiting as well. When I talk my mask creeps down below my nose and one of your long time employees rudely says Don't you know how to wear a mask? In the 7 Months of wearing my mask I have never been called out on how I wear my mask!!! I respectfully wear it to protect myself and others. I'm a business owner for 30 years and if one of my employees shot off their mouth like this one did...That person wouldn't be working for me anymore. BTW..other customers heard it and was offended as well. No more business from me!

Do you crave excruciating loooooong waits? Receiving what you didn't order? A drive through that is piss poor planning causing you to wait even longer. Every. Single. Time. Then this is the place for you. I'm not sure if it's the baristas or what, but every time I have been to this location, no matter the time of day, if there are three cars in line (including the one at the window), just drive away. Don't wait, just drive your merry self onto a different location. Any location really. Heck even one on the other side of town. I promise it'll be faster. Unless your someone who could sit in your car and do your taxes while you wait. I mean a 25-35 minute wait for being the fourth in line might as well make use of your time.

The line is almost always a mess because it’s a very busy location. They do their best, though, and the quality is always consistent. Demetree is always so nice and helpful!

Very slow in serving customers. I had just a simple drink and it felt like it took awhile for them to even take my payment at the window

Nurses working close by on our 14th or greater day in row, 12, 16, 20 hour shifts, in a Covid crisis, desperately needing coffee, and and the order ahead is not functioning (most often the case which has cost you, too many times for me to count, and disappointed us the same). Politely asked if we could order and pay over the phone, please, and were told to go through the drive-thru. Explained that we honestly couldn’t do that and needed it to be ready and it’s frustrating that time after time order ahead is not available and that we truly needed the coffee and was again told no. Beyond disappointed!!!!! I spend at least $100-$150/ month on Starbucks and we can’t even get a little help when the error is on their system to begin with. Shame on you Starbucks!
