McDonald's

This used to be a go to restaurant for my boyfriend and I to go to when we needed a quick bite. Recently their service has been getting worse and worse. The past few times I have gone to get a caramel iced coffee and the caramel tasted like it was expired. When I place mobile orders they almost never get our order right. Tonight we had gone through after my boyfriend got done with work, and the experience got worse than before. I had placed a mobile order in hopes of making our experience quicker and easier for both parties. At the speaker everything was fine. We pull up to the pay counter and I tell them that I had a mobile order and that I had paid for it online. They proceed to close the window and, by the looks of it, continue with other people's orders. No problem, this has happened to me at this restaurant and other ones as well. At many restaurants they have told me to drive ahead before proceeding with other people's orders, so I guessed that they had told me to do so, and I drove forwards. When I got to the pick up counter they told me the order amount, which was not what it said on my phone as I had applied a coupon, but sometimes technology doesn't work. I didn't quite understand, he repeated it, and then I tell him that I had paid online and had told him that already. He asked me what my order was, so I tell him and he went to the back. He comes back after less than a minute and hands me my receipt while proceeding to tell me that I need to make sure to tell them that I paid online, which I had told him twice, and that I shouldn't drive forward without telling them I had paid. This was said to me in a very condescending tone, like how most people speak to a child when they've done wrong. We get home, take everything out to eat, and see that they had messed up the order once again. There was no ice in my boyfriend's drink and the drink was the wrong one anyways. We ordered a medium and got a large for my boyfriend which I can assume made my total price go up, but that's just an assumption. My boyfriend also got his sandwich and saw it had everything on it when we ordered it plain. They got my order right which is rare. I will not be going back to this establishment as they have been declining in service for the better of two months now. The person who took my order and gave me my receipt at the pick up counter was not wearing a name tag, so I do not have a name to provide.

Always quick service

Never have ice cream machine working and this time no coffee. Even with all that is is still one of my favorite McDonald's. The other local McDonald's have very disrespectful employees! Seems like there's no training.

The Mcdonald's in this town must be ran by the same clown on the commercials because they can't get any of the store hours right. 24/7? No, it closes 3 times a week at night and then 3rd shifters who are tired can't get anything quick to eat. UPDATE YOUR HOURS OR STOP CLOSING EVERY OTHER NIGHT

Repeated order several times. Ordered 20 piece nuggets and 2 large fries for 4 kids. Ended up with 2 9 piece nuggets after having to pull ahead and wait for the food to be cooked. Workers were not pleasant either. Disappointed.
