Biggby had become my new favorite place to get coffee when I moved up here.. Love their iced coffee & their bagels. I would come here 2-3 times a week (sometimes more depending on my schedule). In the last 6 months, it has quickly become my least favorite. The customer service is absolutely HORRENDOUS! No one smiles. No one seems like they want to be there & that you are inconveniencing them by being there. I used to be able to get my usual order within 5 minutes & now even when they have 3-4 workers, I wait 10-15 minutes. My order is always messed up & I’m always waiting on something.nI drive a very long way every morning to come get coffee here because there are only 2 locations in Fort Wayne. I am less than thrilled with my service here in the last few months. I will not be returning.

I have gone to BIGGBY at Georgetown for the last time :/ I used to love going twice a week sometimes more. The staff USED to be personable and friendly. But now they are rude, I always feel like I am an inconvenience when I go and the prices are so high I just can’t anymore. So sad as I used to enjoy going and chatting with the staff. The ONLY reason I would even go anymore was for the bogo-and now that’s not even worth it. I’m sorry! I gave it 5 more chances and each time it got worse! So sad!!!

Biggby is one of Fort Wayne's friendliest coffee shops. They are wonderful people, and they routinely have specials like buy one, get one free. I wish I lived closer!

The 2nd time around the owner was there & I got better service. I thought I would give them the benefit of doubt.... I needed a pick me up of triple espresso since I drive bus... So early morning and it helped a lot. They did a great job!! 2nd time around.

I have been going to this store for over a year and have went pretty much every day or every weekend. My orders have been messed up multiple times and I have said dont worry about it or I dont have time. Many times I have been treated disrespectful and the unprofessionalism is rediculous. To the point of feeling discriminated against.
