The staff at the Decatur, In location took their time to teach me safe ways to reach my goals. The gym itself is very clean and has good safety practices in place. Recommend it highly!

Not bad for a small town gym, the staff is friendly and helpful nice selection of exercise equipment
Nice place. Some people do not clean the machines every time they use them. Great selection of free weights and dumbbells. They have a few, older machines you can not go all out on. Most machines are well serviced and ready to go. They also take request and any complaints seriously and quickly.
